Experience
Over the last ten years, Margaret’s work has focused on the development, start-up and on-going operations of shared services and merged organizations in Ontario’s public sector. These shared services organizations operate across the province and include hospitals, educational institutions and social services agencies. Successfully launching a shared service or negotiating a merger requires an indepth understanding and recognition of the governance and operating environment of each participating organization. If your private or public sector organization is considering options for collaborating, sharing or merging a part, or all, of your operations, Margaret will work with you to create a modern, efficient, achievable vision and transformation plan for your organization.

With both an engineering and business education, Margaret comfortably navigates with her clients and their stakeholders, between complex technical issues and strategic business objectives.
